You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Send spam, harmful, or misleading messages

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Tokku and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Tokku in the last 12 months (if any).

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
